Program Director

Working with senior executives from the world’s leading companies, Frontier Strategy Group (FSG) helps our clients compete successfully in the most dynamic and fast-moving markets within which they operate.

Program Directors sit within the Participant Services Team and are responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and the continued participation of clients in the Council on Emerging Markets. As the single point of contact for clients, Program Directors are client service professionals, advocating for their clients internally, and ensuring client requests are met in a timely manner. Most importantly, Program Directors educate and manage our clients, ensuring that they understand the scope of our service and are able to take best advantage of it.

FSG addresses our clients’ questions by identifying and analyzing the best practices employed by other companies who have faced similar challenges. Successful Program Directors at FSG are able to quickly grasp our clients’ issues, identify relevant peers for our clients to learn from, and have the intellectual capacity and personal presence to help our clients shape their thoughts and consider their issues within the FSG framework.

With a rapid expansion underway, FSG offers qualified candidates the chance to fast-track their careers, whilst engaging with the most exciting and interesting problems that leading international corporations such as Unilever, UPS, Dow Chemical and Anheuser-Busch face today.
