Participant Services Associate


The Participant Services function at FSG is responsible for managing our relationships with our clients.   The Participant Services Associate will play a key role in ensuring the success of the function, and will work closely with the Head of Client Service, and other senior team members, to drive client retention and engagement.  The role represents an excellent entry point to FSG for a smart, driven and high potential individual with the desire to advance.


Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative and project support to the Head of Client Service day to day – including but not limited to scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, assisting in ensuring timely follow up with clients, etc.
  • Supporting other members of the Client Service team, as appropriate
  • Monitoring client news and industry trends and disseminating this information to team
  • Schedule and support internal and external meetings (coordinate calendars, organize logistics, take notes, coordinate follow-up)
  • Represent FSG to clients in a professional and efficient manner, building good relationships with clients and their assistants
  • Assist in database maintenance and report creation
  • Take on special projects as needed


The Participant Services Associate will report to the Head of Client Service.   He or she will be expected to grow within the role and to have the potential to move upwards within our high-growth, entrepreneurial company.   Opportunities for the right person will exist in Business Development, Client Service and Research, both in our DC Headquarters and in our overseas offices.  


Required experience:

  • Bachelors degree; strong academic record (3.2 or higher)
  • 12 - 18 months of prior work experience, or strong internship record
  • Demonstrated client management experience in some context
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills


Preferred experience:

  • Exposure to different cultures – comfortable in an international environment – either through work or personal travel
  • Experience prioritizing multiple internal and external clients
  • Organizational leadership and teamwork experience gained in some environment
  • Language skills (Mandarin / Spanish / Portuguese / German / Turkish )
