The Participant’s Program Director developed a comprehensive best practice research program to address the participant’s questions.   The research team:

• Interviewed over 23 executives in other capital intensive industries to determine whether they were encountering similar challenges and to identify best practices.
• Facilitated 5 one on one discussions between participant and peer executives who demonstrate innovative best practices and high performance
• Arranged for the participant to speak with operational experts from the Advisory Board
