The Participant’s Program Director developed an anonymous benchmarking survey and coupled it with short-answer best practice research in order to identify key trends and best practices.  The Council on Emerging Markets research team: 

• Anonymously polled 48 multinationals in the APAC region to understand their strategies for hiring locals into management positions and their compensation policies.
• Conducted short-answer best practice research focused on identifying the practices of APAC companies which were most successful at identifying and retaining local management talent
• Conducted short-answer best practice research with Advisory Board experts to gain a better understanding of the cultural challenges behind hiring and retaining quality talent in the region.
